About CEPM

The Central European Plastics Meeting has been one of the most important plastics industry events in Central Europe for 9 years. It is highly efficient because it is based on a series of pre-organised B2B meetings. The participants come mainly from Central European countries, but many visitors also come from Germany, Austria and Italy.

Regular participants - plastics converters, polymer manufacturers, traders - form a cohesive, collaborative community.

You can be part of this community of friends.

One of the main features of the Plastics Meeting is that full day catering is included in the entry fee. After all, the best deals and lasting relationships are made around the white table.

Why Serbia? Because Yugoslavia lives on as a market, the successor states can and do work together to this day. Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia are unexplored areas for many Central European companies. Participants can now be part of this market with a one-day ticket.

Why SAVA-CENTAR? Because it was the centre of the Non-Aligned Movement. It was a kind of freedom then too. This is the freedom that European industry needs now. We have a place, we must be able to talk about our industry, its future, the current challenges in terms of competitiveness and green transition, honestly and without ideological barriers.

What do you get when you participate?

If you are an exhibitor, in 2 days you can enter a previously partially hidden market, build up dozens of contacts (sales leads), which you can later turn into real business.

If you are a visitor, you will be part of a ready-made, cooperative, open-minded network – INSTANT NETWORK – for the price of a single ticket. Get to know new potential suppliers and opportunities.

Highlights from the Past

Description of the event

Participating exhibitors will be offered 24-48 meetings depending on the exhibitor package and stand size. Meetings are held in a set order, in 25-minute shifts according to a calendar.

Visitors can register for a meeting with each exhibitor, 12 meetings per day, 24 meetings in 2 days. The meetings are organised via the IT system (click here for a detailed description/demonstration).

Exhibitors can accept, reject or even cancel a meeting invitation. Please do not be offended by this. In addition to the calendar meetings, there is also the possibility to meet during coffee breaks, lunch, the reception and the Networking Party.

In parallel with the B2B meeting, on the first day we will discuss the current challenges of petrochemicals, recycling and common sense.

The second day will feature product presentations by exhibitors in the smaller conference rooms.

An important closing event on the second day is the Networking Dinner party, which will take place at the Beton Hala on the banks of the Sava.

A new feature is that we will give Serbian companies the opportunity to invite visitors and present their companies on the third day. You can apply to visit the following companies. (It is important to note that everyone has to make their own travel arrangements.)
