Payment terms
EARLY BIRD and SPRING OFFER
- 25 % reservation fee upon application (payment term 15 days)
- the remaining package fee will be invoiced on 1 August 2027, with an 8-day payment deadline
- 100% package fee upon application (payment term 8 days)
Any additional furniture, services, printing fees will be invoiced on 15th August 2027.
The prices above do not include value-added tax.
For companies with Czech tax residency, invoicing is conducted in Czech koruna and is subject to Czech value-added tax.
For companies with Hungarian tax residency, invoicing is carried out in Hungarian forints and with the application of Hungarian value-added tax.
