What does it mean to be an exhibitor?

You can have 12, 24 or 36 meetings per day, depending on the size of the stand and the number of tables. Meetings are pre-arranged, on the one hand visitors register for your meetings, but it is best to keep track of registrants and invite them to meetings. Exhibitors/visitors can accept, reject or even cancel a meeting invitation. Please do not be offended by this. In addition to the calendar meetings, there is also the possibility to meet during coffee breaks, lunch, the reception and the Networking Party.
