Let’s face it — most events leave you walking around hoping you’ll bump into the right person. Not here. At the CEPM, our B2B system is the main stage.

Every attendee gets access to a structured, pre-scheduled matchmaking platform built right into the event website. Whether you're selling or sourcing, you can easily find the people you're looking for — and lock in your meetings before you even arrive in Belgrade.

How It Works – Simple & Powerful

• One B2B meeting = 25 minutes
• Followed by a 5-minute break to switch meeting places
• Time slots available all 2 days

Step-by-Step: Booking Your Meetings

1. Register

Sign up as a Visitor to get access to the matchmaking platform. Or choose an exhibition package to get access to the platform.

2. Set Up Your Profile

Describe what you're looking for, what you offer, and your industry sector.

Tip: The more info you share, the better matches you’ll get!

3. Browse & Search

Once the booking phase opens, browse participants or use the filter system:

• Company type (e.g. raw material supplier, recycler, machinery)
• Country
• Product focus

4. Send or Accept Meeting Requests

Click “Request Meeting” → pick a time slot → done!
(They’ll get an email and can confirm instantly.)

5. Get Your Final Agenda

Before the event, you’ll receive a ready-to-go personal meeting schedule. Just follow the timings during the event.

Until the meeting booking phase starts in May you have the opportunity to send messages to the registered participants online.
